I've never been the fittest, most health conscious bloke but never the unfittest, unhealthiest, for a long time I've been into my personal development (the brain) and thinking I'm doing OK, sometimes I could do with a lot more energy, not necessarily physical energy but mental energy, and now in my 50th year the lack of energy was getting more regular. After reading this book it made me realise that just as in my personal development (the brain) the body also need it's own personal development and what surprised me was the book made me look at my physical nutrition the same way as I look at my mental nutrition, it needs nurturing and even more surprisingly with similar methods to the brain.
